A 100 USD subsidy will be provided to local tour operators for tourists brought from Malaysia and Indonesia under the “Umra Plus” program
The Ministry of Justice has state-registered the Regulation on the procedure for allocating subsidies to tour operators attracting tourists from Malaysia and Indonesia based on the “Umra Plus” pilgrimage tourism program (Registration No. 3784, 04.03.2026).
💸 According to the regulation, a subsidy of
100 USD will be allocated to local tour operators for each tourist traveling to or returning from the Umra pilgrimage from
Malaysia and
Indonesia.
📝 Applicants
(tour operators) wishing to receive a subsidy may apply to the Tourism Committee in the following manner:
▫️ through a Public Services Center
(PSC);
▫️ through the UIPI
(my.gov.uz).
💰 Submitting and reviewing applications for the subsidy is performed
free of charge.
⌛️ The application is reviewed by the Tourism Committee within
10 working days.
⏭️ If a decision to allocate a subsidy is made, the funds will be transferred to the applicant
within 5 working days.
✅ Subsidies are provided for tourists who meet the following criteria:
▫️ must be from Malaysia or Indonesia;
▫️ must be traveling to or returning from the Umra pilgrimage in Saudi Arabia;
▫️ must have stayed in Uzbekistan for
at least 3 nights.
📌 Subsidies will be allocated until December 31, 2026.
