The procedure for organizing social services for children victims of violence has been established

By Government Resolution (No. 48, 09.02.2026), the “Regulation on the procedure for organizing social services for children victims of violence, children at risk of violence and children in a socially dangerous situation, as well as their families” was approved.

📝 According to the Regulation, social services are provided to children victims of violence, children at risk of violence and their families in accordance with a protection plan.

📑 For children in a socially dangerous situation and their families, social services are provided in accordance with an individual integration plan.

✅ Social services are provided to children in need of social protection and their families in the following forms:

🔹 for children in need of social protection:

▪️ short-term social services for a period of up to 6 months;
▪️ long-term social services for a period of up to 1 year;
▪️ round-the-clock social services for a period of up to 1 year;

🔹 for children in need of social protection and their families, the "Mehrli oila" (Caring Family) service.

📁 Individual entrepreneurs or legal entities wishing to provide social services must be included in the Single Registry of Social Service Providers of the "Single National Social Protection" information system ("Social Protection" IS).

📜 To register in the "Social Protection" IS, a questionnaire is filled out by the applicant.

⏳ The questionnaire is reviewed within 10 working days regarding the applicant's compliance with the following requirements:

▫️ availability of at least 2 psychosocial service specialists with at least 1 year of work experience and a medical certificate regarding their health;
▫️ assurance of sanitary conditions in buildings and facilities.

📙 After the questionnaire is approved, the applicant is included in the Single Registry, and an electronic notification is sent to their personal cabinet in the "Social Protection" IS.
