🔰 According to the legislation, unemployment benefits are paid only to persons whose employment contract has been terminated. In this case:

🔹unemployment benefits shall be paid for 3 months to persons who have worked for at least 18 months in the last 5 years, provided they apply within 6 months after the termination of the employment contract, calculated from their average salary for the last 18 months;

🔹 in the 1st month, 75 percent of the average monthly salary shall be paid, but in an amount not exceeding 3 times the minimum wage;

🔹 in the 2nd and 3rd months, 50 percent of the average monthly salary shall be paid, but in an amount not exceeding 3 times the minimum wage.

🗓 When re-assigning unemployment benefits, an additional work experience of at least 12 months is required after the expiration of the period for receiving the initially assigned benefits.
