Responsibility has been established for violating traffic safety requirements in the metro

By the Law (No. LRU–1118, 05.02.2026), amendments and additions were introduced to certain legislative acts.

✅ According to the introduced additions, administrative responsibility has been established for violating the requirements of traffic and transport safety on railway transport and the metro.

💸 It is established that this offense shall cause the imposition of a fine on officials and employees in the amount of 10 times the BCA.

🗒 Also, deliberately concealing information about an accident or event related to the violation of traffic and transport safety on railway transport and the metro,

➖ shall cause the imposition of a fine on officials in the amount of 10 times the BCA.

📜 In addition, carrying passengers by road transport without the relevant certificate, increasing fare tariffs, failing to comply with the approved schedule on a regular route, or deviating from the approved route scheme,

➖ shall cause the imposition of a fine in the amount of 3 times the BCA.

📌 This Law shall enter into force 3 months after the date of its official publication.
