Costs for constructing new modern swimming pools will be reimbursed

By Government Resolution No. 29 dated 27 January 2026, the Administrative Regulation for providing the public service on reimbursing expenses related to the construction and commissioning of new modern swimming pools was approved.

💰 According to this Regulation, the expenses related to the construction and commissioning of the first 100 swimming pools submitted by applicants will be reimbursed.

✅ Funding will be allocated for up to 50% of the swimming pool establishment costs incurred from 1 February 2026 to 1 January 2028, but not exceeding 100 million UZS.

📝 The applicant must meet the following requirements:

▪️ have no outstanding tax or mandatory payment arrears;
▪️ not be undergoing reorganisation or liquidation;
▪️ not have its activities temporarily suspended in accordance with the procedure established by law;
▪️ not have been declared insolvent by a court decision.

🗒 To receive reimbursement, the applicant shall submit an application to the Public Services Centre or through the Unified Interactive Public Services Portal to the Tourism Committee.

☑️ The following documents must be attached to the application:

▫️ a copy of the swimming pool design documentation;
▫️ a copy of the construction and commissioning contract concluded for the swimming pool;
▫️ copies of electronic documents confirming payments made under the contract.

⌛️ Within 10 working days from the date the Committee adopts the decision on reimbursement, the funds shall be transferred to the applicant’s bank account.
