The circulation of pyrotechnic products has been regulated by law

The Law “On the circulation of pyrotechnic products” (LRU No. 1111, dated January 13, 2026) has been adopted.

🔰 According to the Law developed by the Ministry of Justice, pyrotechnic products are devices intended to produce optical, acoustic, electrical and other visual effects through the combustion (explosion) of a pyrotechnic composition.

⏭️ Pyrotechnic products are classified into hazard classes I–V depending on their danger zone, including the degree of potential damage to the surrounding environment.

✅ In Uzbekistan, the production, manufacture, import into the territory of Uzbekistan, transportation, transfer, sale, purchase, storage and use of pyrotechnic products classified under hazard class I by individuals and legal entities is permitted.

⛔️ In Uzbekistan, the production, manufacture, import into the territory of Uzbekistan, transportation, shipment, transfer, purchase, storage and use of pyrotechnic products classified under hazard classes II–V is prohibited.

🏛 State control over the circulation of pyrotechnic products shall be exercised by the National Guard of the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as internal affairs and customs authorities.

📌 The Law shall enter into force three months after the date of its official publication.
