Cooperation between students and customer organizations will be organized

By Government Resolution No. 8 of 9 January 2026, the Regulation “On the procedure for organizing cooperation between students of higher education institutions and customers” has been approved.

✅ The Regulation establishes the procedure whereby employers cover the tuition fees of students studying in bachelor’s degree programs from the second year and above, as well as the procedure for employing such students upon completion of their studies.

📝 According to the Regulation, when concluding tripartite agreements between higher education institutions and students, ministries, agencies, and organizations having more than 50 employees or implementing investment projects with a value of at least USD 1 million may participate as customers.

🗒 Each year by 20 September, students shall submit an electronic application to the higher education institution to participate in the selection process. An academic performance certificate shall be attached to the application.

✔️ Students shall submit an application undertaking to work for the customer enterprise or organization after graduation.

📌 To apply and participate in the selection process, applicants must have a GPA of 3.0 or higher in the current academic year.

🔎 By 15 October each year, the selection commission shall conduct interview-based selection of applicants at the higher education institution.

📑 In selecting applicants, the conclusion of the customer’s representative shall be considered the main criterion.

☑️ Students who have concluded a tripartite agreement and successfully completed their studies shall be employed by the customer in accordance with the established procedure after graduation.
