💵 According to the legislation, employees of budget organizations in the following areas shall be paid an allowance of a compensatory nature:

▫️ Uchquduq city
▫️ Zarafshon city
▫️ Nurobod city
▫️ Zafarobod town of Konimex district

✅ For employees in these cities, a monthly allowance for working in unfavorable natural and climatic conditions is determined based on the length of service in budget organizations in the following amounts:

➖ for employees with work experience up to 3 years — 0.25 coefficient of the tariff rate;

➖ for employees with work experience from 3 to 5 years — 0.5 coefficient of the tariff rate;

➖ for employees with work experience of more than 5 years — 0.75 coefficient of the tariff rate.
