The “Five Million Artificial Intelligence Leaders” project will be implemented

A Government Resolution “On measures to attract young people to the IT sector and orient them toward high-income professions by increasing their digital knowledge and skills” (No. 849, dated 31 December 2025) has been adopted.

💻 According to the Resolution, as a logical continuation of the “One Million Programmers” project, the “Five Million Artificial Intelligence Leaders” project will be implemented.

✅ Within the framework of this project, a national competition to award participants who achieve the highest results will be held annually.

💸 The winners of the competition will be awarded cash prizes and valuable gifts, including:

▫️ 100 teachers — cash prizes equivalent to USD 1,000;
▫️ 10 teachers — vouchers for international travel;
▫️ 500 young people — laptops;
▫️ 500 young people — valuable gifts;
▫️ 3 higher education institutions — cash prizes;
▫️ 2 general secondary schools — the “Presidential Gift”, namely an electric vehicle.

📝 In addition, within the framework of the “Heirs of Muhammad al-Khwarizmi” project, the following opportunities will be created for young people:

🔹 free training in modern professions in the field of digitalization, including IT project manager, startup project manager, as well as foreign languages;

🔹 free education in training courses aimed at obtaining internationally recognized professional IT certificates.
