Additional days off for 2026 have been established

The Presidential Decree “On determining additional non-working days during the celebration of official dates in 2026 and transferring days off” (No. DP-257, dated 24 December 2025) has been adopted.

🔰 According to the Decree, in 2025, 31 December (Wednesday) is designated as an additional day off for all employees, regardless of the type of workweek.

✅ In 2026, the following additional days off are established:

🔹 For all employees (regardless of the type of workweek):

▫️ 2 January – Friday;
▫️ 28 May – Thursday;
▫️ 29 May – Friday;
▫️ 31 August – Monday.

🔹 For employees working a six-day workweek:

▫️ 3 January – Saturday;
▫️ 30 May – Saturday;
▫️ 31 December – Thursday.

🔹 For employees working a five-day workweek, the day off is transferred as follows:

▪️ in 2026, the day off is transferred from Saturday, 12 December, to Thursday, 31 December.
