According to the legislation, within the framework of the “HAMROH” program for supporting women entrepreneurs (the Program), the following additional instruments aimed at financial support of women’s entrepreneurial projects are being introduced:

🔹 Provision of loans by commercial banks in an amount of up to 25,000 times the BCA at an interest rate of up to 10 percentage points above the Central Bank’s key rate for projects of small and medium-sized business entities that:

▪️ have a women’s share of 50 percent or more among their founders, and/or are headed by a woman, provided that the projects envisage the creation of at least 10 jobs;

🔹 Provision of guarantees (sureties) by Business Guarantee National Company JSC for up to 70 percent of commercial bank loans.
