✅ However, if the seller indicates the pre-discount price of the product, the reduction is considered a discount; otherwise, it is not counted as a discount and is regarded simply as a price reduction.

🗒 The pre-discount price shown in the discount must be the lowest price applied during the last 30 days prior to the announcement of the discount.

❌ Sellers are prohibited from misleading consumers by artificially inflating prices and then presenting the reduced price as a discount.
