The procedure for establishing tourist trails in eco-zones has been defined

By Government Resolution No. 778 (dated 10.12.2025), the Regulation “On the procedure for establishing and using tourist trails in eco-zones” has been approved.

🔰 The Regulation defines the procedure for establishing tourist trails in buffer zones of state nature reserves, national parks, nurseries, forest and forest-hunting enterprises, as well as mountainous and desert areas (eco-zones).

📝 According to the Regulation, the entity responsible for maintaining the balance of the land must apply to the territorial division of the Tourism Committee to establish a tourist trail.

📑 The application must include an information sheet about the tourist trail, its map, and photo and video materials.

⏳ The application is reviewed within 10 working days from the date of submission.

📜 The territorial division studies the tourist trail on site to verify compliance with established requirements and prepares an inspection report in two copies based on the results.

⏭️ The Tourism Committee reviews the documents submitted by the territorial division within 2 working days and enters the tourist trail into the Unified Register of Tourist Trails.

🗒 Tourist trails entered into the Unified Register are considered officially established.

☑️ The entity responsible for maintaining the land balance must install the trail passport, map, and required information signs at the entrance point of the trail within one month from the date it is entered into the Register.
