Subsidies to be allocated to agricultural entities for raw cotton

The Government Resolution (No. 771, 06.12.2025) approved the “Temporary Regulation on the Procedure for Allocating Subsidies to Agricultural Entities for Raw Cotton Sold through Exchange Trading from the 2025 Harvest.”

💰 This Regulation defines the procedure for allocating a subsidy of 1 million UZS for every ton of raw cotton sold through exchange trading from the 2025 harvest to agricultural entities that grow raw cotton.

✔️ The requirements of the Regulation apply to raw cotton sold through exchange trading from the 2025 harvest until January 1, 2026 (or until April 1, 2026, for spot contracts).

📝 An agricultural entity that grows raw cotton has the right to apply for a subsidy only once, regardless of whether the product they grew and sold was sold in one transaction or in several installments.

📜 The raw cotton grower submits an application for the subsidy by opening a personal account on the unified integration platform “Digital Agriculture.”

⏭️ The list of raw cotton growers to be allocated subsidies, formed on the Agro-portal, is sent to the State Fund for Agricultural Support on the 10th of every month.

🗒 The commercial bank transfers the allocated subsidy to the raw cotton grower's 23410 account within 3 banking days.
