According to the legislation, the amount of severance pay depends on the length of service at the employer and it is:

🔹 for employees with up to 3 years of work experience - from 50% of the average monthly salary;

🔹 for employees with 3 to 5 years of work experience - from 75% of the average monthly salary;

🔹 for employees with 5 to 10 years of work experience - 100 % of the average monthly salary;

🔹 for employees with 10 to 15 years of work experience - 150 % of the average monthly salary;

🔹 for employees with more than 15 years of work experience - not less than 200 % of the average monthly salary.
