The Efficiency of Providing Social Assistance Through "Youth Notebook" Funds Will Be Increased

The Presidential Decree "On Measures to Further Improve the System of Providing Social Assistance Through 'Youth Notebook' Funds" (No. PD–222, November 20, 2025) has been adopted.

🔰 The following have been determined as the main goals of the Decree, including:

🔹 Assisting 16 thousand young people included in the "Youth Notebook" to have a permanent source of income;

🔹 Increasing the share of young people who regularly read popular scientific and artistic books within the framework of the "Mutolaa" project by 10 percent;

🔹 Increasing the share of young people who have mastered foreign languages within the framework of the "Ibrat Farzandlari" project by 30 percent.

✅ According to the Decree, starting from February 1, 2026, the established types of social assistance will be provided to young people in families included in the Register of Poor Families through a social contract based on the following conditions:

🔸 Continuously carrying out education;

🔸 Achieving positive mastery indicators during the educational process;

🔸 Carrying out volunteer activity;

🔸 Participating in projects within the framework of the "Five Initiatives Olympiad."
