✔️ According to Article 18 of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Copyright and Related Rights”, the author is entitled to the following personal non-property rights:

▪️ Right of authorship — to be recognized as the author of the work.
▪️ Right to the author’s name — to authorize the use of the work with the author’s name indicated, under a pseudonym, or anonymously.
▪️ Right of disclosure — to make the work public in any form or to permit its disclosure (including the right to withdraw the work from public circulation).
▪️ Right to protect the author’s reputation — to protect the work and its title from any distortion that infringes upon the author’s honor and dignity.

▪️ These personal non-property rights are independent of property rights — even if the property rights are transferred to others, the personal rights remain with the author.
