📝 According to the legislation, when a marriage is dissolved in court, the husband and wife may submit to the court an agreement for consideration regarding the following issues:

▪️ with whom minor children will live;

▪️ the procedure for payment of funds for the maintenance of children and/or a disabled, needy husband or wife;

▪️ the amount of maintenance;

▪️ division of common property.

🚫 However, in cases of divorce, claims for the recovery of expenses incurred for holding a wedding shall not be satisfied.
