According to the legislation, when a loan is collected prematurely through a court, unless a different procedure is provided for in the contract, the creditor must first apply to the court to collect the part of the debt that was not repaid by the established deadline.

✅ In this case, if the borrower has not fully paid the overdue debt, the creditor has the right to apply to the court with a demand for the premature repayment of the entire remaining amount of the loan.
