According to the legislation, women over the age of 30 who are listed in the Register of Low-Income Families are entitled to compensation covering 50% of their rental payments, but not exceeding 2 times the Base Calculation Amount (BCA) (up to 3 times the BCA in Tashkent, Nukus, and regional centers).
📝 This compensation is provided under a tripartite agreement concluded between the landlord, the tenant, and the district (city) Department of Family and Women Affairs.
