The cheapest way to slightly upgrade your team is to eliminate a promo character and replace them with a Promo+ character (Common or higher). This requires 20 bullets. However, this method is questionable because a Common character only has a strength of 50-100, so there are very slim chances you'll be able to access the first non-promo location.

The optimal-minimal entry strategy is to buy 1 vehicle and 1 character. This gives you a much higher chance of accessing the first location or higher. Even if you're unlucky with the vehicle, you'll have one open slot for another character. This is the recommended minimum entry point for 1-2+ missions and requires 60 bullets.

The maximum entry strategy is to buy 10 vehicles and place 20+ characters in them. This way, all doors will be open to you. However, this only applies to the current sale (additional new missions, more risky yet profitable, will be introduced after the sale). You'll need 600+ bullets.

The Whale entry strategy is to buy all 10 vehicles, sell the weakest, then fill up with strong vehicles and occupy all character slots. The maximum number of characters per account is 50.

Assuming each registered account wants to buy 1 vehicle and 2 characters, they'd need 60 bullets each. 12,000 accounts * 60 bullets = 720,000 bullets. We've trimmed this down a bit:

The supply of bullets for the sale will be 500,000.

This will only be sufficient if not everyone buys bullets or if there aren't many people who want more than one vehicle (or if everyone only gets Common vehicles).

Each pack will contain 20 bullets, so there will be a total of 25,000 packs, each containing 20 bullets. Each pack will cost 1 ton, with a maximum of 10 packs per person.

The cooldown between purchases is 3 minutes. If you buy a certain amount and then change your mind, you'll have to wait 3 minutes after each try.
