Uzbekistan acquires Austrian Diamond DA62 for specialized aerial laboratory

The Uzaeronavigation Center has officially obtained an aircraft operator certificate and is launching its own specialized airline. The new subsidiary, named Avion, is set to specialize in the inspection and calibration of radio-technical equipment and visual landing aids at airports. Beyond these core functions, the airline will also be responsible for "executing special tasks" related to aviation safety and infrastructure monitoring.
