Where Does Borrowed Liquidity Actually Go

Borrowing demand is not just a number on a pool. Someone is using that liquidity to avoid selling a long-term position, cover a short-term need, or build a wider DeFi strategy.

Each of those actions creates demand for the assets supplied to EVAA.

Borrowers gain access to liquidity while keeping their original assets in place. In return, they pay interest to the pool. That interest becomes the source of supplier yield.

So when borrowing demand increases, it means more than a changing utilization rate. It means more capital is being actively used across TON DeFi
