UAE’s NMDC Energy PJSC, a subsidiary of NMDC Group PJSC, has signed an extension for its Long-Term Agreement with Aramco, strengthening its strategic growth in Saudi Arabia. Under the agreement, NMDC Energy will continue providing detailed engineering, material procurement, fabrication, transportation, installation, and pre-commissioning of offshore facilities within Saudi territorial waters.

Since signing the initial LTA in 2016, NMDC Energy has been involved in multiple projects and in early 2025 inaugurated a fabrication yard in Ras Al Khair, Saudi Arabia, enhancing its capabilities in the region.
