• Bachelor’s or Diploma in Engineering with at least 60% marks and no academic backlogs
• 3 to 20 years of hands-on experience in the Offshore Wind industry, Offshore EPC projects, or modular fabrication yards
• Exposure to Engineering Design, Project Planning, Execution, Contracts, Installation, Fabrication, and Commissioning
• Prior international project experience, especially in the USA or Europe, is a plus
