Orascom Construction PLC???? and T?cnicas Reunidas???? have signed a $2.6 billion EPC contract for the Qurayyah IPP Expansion Project????, a 3 GW combined cycle gas-fired power plant in Saudi Arabia’s Eastern Province.
The project, commissioned by Hajr Two Electricity Company, includes a 380 kV electrical substation and carbon capture readiness.
