Social Performance Field Supervisor
Key role in stakeholder engagement, community relations, and social performance initiatives.

?? Location: Chamchamal, Sulaimaniyah, Iraq
?? Rotation: 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off

Key Responsibilities:
?? Build and maintain strong relationships with local stakeholders, government authorities, and NGOs
?? Manage community engagement, consultations, and grievance resolution
?? Support social impact management and oversee compliance with social performance standards
?? Contribute to the execution of social investment programs
?? Supervise and guide a team of Social Engagement Officers

Requirements:
? University degree (preferably in civil engineering or a related field)
? Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in the extractives industry
? Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and communication skills
? Knowledge of local culture, history, and community practices
? Fluency in Kurdish (spoken & written), with good English & Arabic skills
