🧑🏻‍💻Chief Data Security Officer, remote, full-time, P2P Digital Exchange Platform

Will do:
🔸Hire and Lead R&D Department;
🔸Responsible for security and reshaping the digital landscape, implementing blockchain, encryption and decentralized technology;
🔸Innovate and lead projects focusing on blockchain technology and data streaming;
🔸Spearhead the development and implementation of our Data Tokenization protocol;
🔸Ensure the highest levels of security for decentralized systems and classic cloud storage solutions;
🔸Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology development with strategic business goals;
🔸Establish and maintain robust data security frameworks that support scalable, secure operations.

Required:
🔸Prior leadership experience in a research and development (R&D) capacity within tech startups or established tech firms;
🔸Proven expertise in blockchain technology, decentralized systems and data encryption;
🔸Strong background in classic cloud storage methodologies;
🔸Experience with data streaming technologies;
🔸Ability to think strategically and manage complex projects in a fast-paced environment;
🔸Language: Russian, English C1.

Desire skills:
🔸Knowledge of specific frameworks and technologies including Ethereum, IPFS, and Solidity is crucial;
🔸Familiarity with additional frameworks like Hyperledger, Corda, and knowledge of programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Go is highly advantageous.
