Do not be afraid of unknown callers pretending to be Government or Police officials. Always keep your KYC updated, but only through your bank’s official website or authorised mobile app.

Do not trust unknown callers or messages asking you to update KYC through links or .apk files. Avoid sharing sensitive information over phone calls.

Keep your passwords strong and update them periodically.

If you are a victim of cyber fraud, call 1930 immediately or report at cybercrime.gov.in.
