Agar kisi genuine vyakti ka bank account freeze ho jaata hai ya funds hold par chale jaate hain, toh New SoP ke tahat uske liye ek clear grievance redressal mechanism available hai.

Grievance seedhe apni bank branch se raise ki ja sakti hai

Bank branch ke through case directly us State / UT Police tak pahunchta hai jahan se freeze order diya gaya ho

Investigation ko SOP mein prescribed timeline ke andar examine kiya jaata hai

Agar Investigation Officer (IO) se resolution nahi hota, toh escalation ka provision available hai

Grievance ko senior-level aur state-level officers tak escalate kiya ja sakta hai, branch ki madad se

Iss SOP ke tahat ek three-tier grievance mechanism banaya gaya hai, taaki genuine khaata-dhaarak ko apna grievance rakhne ka fair aur time-bound mauka mil sake.
