Withdraw TON From Personal Balance Via Fragment

Users of Beta version of Telegram for iOS 11.15 have gained the ability to withdraw TON from their personal balance through the Fragment platform.

TON ends up on the personal balance when, for example, a user sells a gift not for Stars but for the cryptocurrency. This balance is separate from channel balances.

To initiate a withdrawal, users must enter their Two-Step Verification password. As with other types of interactions with Fragment, completing KYC verification will likely be required to receive funds.
