Messages to Channels

The beta version of Telegram for Android 11.12 now allows users to send messages to channel admins.

Channel owners may enable this option in the settings of their channels and set the price that users will have to pay for sending messages: from 0 to 10,000 stars.

When this option is enabled, the application creates a new chat marked as Channel Messages. This chat looks like a forum and is available to all channel administrators. A new topic is created in this forum for each user who has sent a message to the channel.

All channel administrators see all messages sent by users, and administrators with the "Post Messages" permission may reply to them.

This function is currently only available on the test server.
