Фиксируем одно: рост затрат ТК РИКО и коррупционеров, с ним кормящихся, объективно вызывает рост затрат граждан. При этом, лихо так, сразу на 20%. В темпах, как это модно сегодня говорить, значительно опережающих инфляцию.
