If you are interested in nuclear non-proliferation, arms control, or disarmament, don't miss the opportunity to join an international research programme organized by the CTBTO Preparatory Commission in cooperation with the Center for Energy and Security Studies.

As a fellow, you will:

attend an online webinar series with leading international experts from September to December 2026;
collaborate on a research project in an international team;
publish your work in the CTBTO's annual electronic magazine.

The programme will open with a High-Level Session featuring CTBTO Executive Secretary Dr. Robert Floyd.
