We updated the client Telegram-bot!

Every day we are working hard for you and from one day to the next we will provide a digest of all our labours, which we can announce publicly, but today we would like to tell you about one of the major updates - a new Telegram bot

What was done:
- Carried out a complete refactoring and translation to v2 API
- Added the ability to top up/renew services through all payment methods directly from the bot, without authorisation in the Personal Area.
- Expanded bot functionality: added OS reinstallation and other service management.
- Added more ways to manage account's LC, e.g. displaying and terminating account sessions.
- Made it more comfortable to manage all functions by adding buttons, now you don't need to memorise and enter commands.
