📌 Responsibilities (EN):
– Manage the full sales cycle of IT products and solutions – from identifying client needs to closing deals and providing post-sale support.
– Build and maintain trusted relationships with key customers and partners.
– Analyze the market, competition, and customer needs.
– Prepare commercial proposals, presentations, and tender materials with a focus on both the technical and business value of solutions.
– Collaborate with development teams to align on technical details and delivery timelines.
– Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences in Kazakhstan and abroad.
📌 Requirements (EN):
– 3–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or product management within IT, telecom, or fintech.
– Understanding of the software lifecycle (development, implementation, operation).
– Knowledge of modern technologies such as SaaS, API integrations, mobile and web applications, and AI.
– Ability to translate technical product features into clear business value.
– Proven experience negotiating and closing deals at C-level.
– English: upper-intermediate to advanced (C1).
– Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
– Solid planning and sales pipeline management skills.
