About wage, we need to consider that women get maybe 1-2 kids .... Conclusion: we first need to fix all such discrimination, instead of thinking to implement a no sense third gender ... and yes, trans and similar people should still not get discrimination ... like you don't need to discriminate other countries (means even 🇷🇺 Russians!!!!), people, animals, women ....
