🎉 We are happy to announce the launch of a new project aimed at facilitating job placement for refugees!
In December, the Sales Assistant course by Generation Italy and Intesa Sanpaolo will start as part of the “Youth and Work” program, developed in collaboration with UNHCR and Fondazione Conad ETS, and aimed at young refugees aged 18 to 39 across the country.
💼 Free course and guaranteed interview: At the end of the training, all participants will be guaranteed at least one job interview with Conad stores in their area, opening the door to a concrete employment opportunity.
📅 Course date: Starting on December 2, 2024, the program includes 15 training days (9:00-14:00), with 2-3 additional days in January for specific training.
