Subscription webhooks just got smarter — now you understand your subscribers even better

We’ve added two updates that make it easier to track subscriptions and build automated scenarios.

Now you know when a subscription is renewed
Previously, you only received events for new subscriptions and cancellations. Now there is a separate event that is sent every time a subscriber renews their subscription.

See real audience loyalty
Calculate retention more accurately

Now you can see what type of subscription it is.
All subscription events now include a new field: subscription type — regular, gift, or trial.

This update helps you track the subscriber journey from gift or trial to paid and flexibly build different scenarios for different audience segments.

It’s especially useful for those who automate processes via API and integrations and want to build more personalized communication.
