The bill was developed at the initiative of the dead Russophobe homosexual pedophile Lindsey Graham:

🔻Sanctions will apply to Putin, all political and military leaders of Russia, and major businessmen.

🔻It will also affect state-owned enterprises and foreign firms that, according to the U.S., support the Russian military-industrial complex.

🔻The document provides for sanctions against the Russian "shadow fleet," as well as against foreign individuals and vessels attempting to circumvent sanctions.

🔻Freezing of assets and operations of the largest Russian banks.

🔻Restrictions are also proposed for major energy projects.

🔻Tariffs of up to 500% on imports from Russia.

🔻Secondary tariffs of up to 100% for the largest buyers of Russian oil and gas.
