Plus do we need to be honest? We think it's time that even teens approving sex with an adult get sentenced too! Now it depends from the age, means obviously not for kids with 8 years for example. But is ridiculous that young under 18 (means more teen) are protected, even if they know exactly what they are doing ... Yes, sure it's an error of the adult, but even an error of the teen saying yes, but once done they complaining about it!

Again, we don't mean rape against their "no" decision.
So it's time to stop having different laws for kids or adults. Just because you kill someone with 17 years, you get a soft sentence compared to 18 years. This makes no sense!

Teen should get sentenced like adults. Obviously it depends from the situation and the age ... and related to having sex, obviously adults should get bigger sentence, compared to teen saying "yes, let we do it" but few months later "he raped me"

Exactly like people reporting fake rape should get sentenced!
