China's General Administration of Customs (GAC) has announced a new policy to expand a cross-customs-district return model for retail export goods from cross-border e-commerce, starting from April 1, allowing such goods to go through return entry procedures at any customs port across the country, which is expected to help companies reduce costs and improve operational efficiency.
