During the Inter-ministerial briefing on the recent developments in West Asia, Dr. Rajneesh, Additional Secretary, Ministry of MSME said that despite the global headwinds, there are more than 20 lakh micro, small and medium enterprises that have registered on the UDYAM portal of ministry in the month of February and March. This is a sign of resilience of the MSMEs of India, and presently the total number of MSMEs registered has crossed more than 8 crores.
