During the inter-ministerial briefing on the ongoing situation in West Asia, Sujata Sharma, Joint Secretary, Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas, informed that the Government of India has issued a new order to double the sale of 5 kg FTL cylinders.

She further added that over the past four days, oil marketing companies have organised around 1,300 awareness camps. The purpose of these camps is to increase public awareness so that consumers know from where they can get 5 kg cylinders.
