🇷🇺🇰🇭 On May 19, the Russian Foreign Ministry hosted the opening of an exhibition of archival documents and photographs dedicated to the 70th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Russia and Cambodia.

The ceremony was attended by Russia's Deputy Foreign Minister Andrey Rudenko, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of Cambodia to Russia Pichkhun Panha, as well as representatives of the Russian Presidential Executive Office, the Russian Government, the Federal Assembly, Russian ministries and agencies, business, public and academic circles, linguists and language teachers, and heads of #ASEAN diplomatic missions in Moscow.

In their welcoming remarks, the participants reaffirmed their commitment to the steady development of bilateral relations, rooted in long-standing traditions of friendship and trust.

🤝 They emphasised their shared desire to step up political dialogue, promote trade and economic cooperation, and expand cultural and humanitarian exchanges. The Sides also noted the closeness or convergence of their approaches to key issues on the global and regional agendas.
