�� On March 31, a Ukrainian drone struck the Belgorod regional government building. Three people were injured.

The attack of Ukrainian militants was directed at a building used daily by hundreds of civilians with no involvement in military activities.

“A man sustained shrapnel wounds to his legs, abdomen and arm. He is receiving medical treatment at the regional clinical hospital.

Two more women sought medical assistance. One of them is an employee, the other – a visitor. Both were diagnosed with blast injuries and barotrauma”.
