The following crimes should be applied to Rondo:
- driving without license
- public violence
- video showing violence / crimes and promotion of crimes to kids!
- possession of drugs
- illegal way to drive cars
- use of weapons
- looking like a terrorists and hooligans
- discrimination
- violence in their speaking and promotion of bad topics / behaviours
- animal abuse!
- violence against police officers

And check if such dude did a legal or illegal migration too!

One thing is sure, for all such crimes, this DUDE NEED TO REMAIN IN PRISON FOR OVER 20 YEARS!

The same should be done for all other criminal rappers!
