Zelenskyy spoke to Congress Wednesday morning to appeal for more military assistance in his country's fight against Russian forces. 


🇯🇵 Elsewhere, a powerful magnitude 7.3 earthquake rattled Tokyo, Japan, and triggered a tsunami advisory near Fukushima.

The earthquake rattled the capital of Tokyo where the Tokyo Electric Power Company said that quake caused more than 2 million households to lose power, according to the AFP. But there were no immediate reports of casualties.


🇬🇧 Nazanin Zaghari-Ratcliffe, a British-Iranian woman who had been detained by Iran since 2016, was released Wednesday, her lawyer said.
