Hvis ingen andre vil besøke Breivik, har ikke staten en forpliktelse til å skaffe ham en venn. Vi kan legge til rette for det, men staten kan ikke lage et vennskap for Breivik, sa Hjetland

If no one else wants to visit Breivik,
the state has no obligation to provide him with a friend. We can facilitate that, but the state cannot create a friendship for Breivik, said Hjetland.
YES! this is not a human right, like wishing to do sex in prison!
Advokat Hjetland var i sluttforedraget opptatt av å understreke at det er en belastning å sitte i fengsel, og at det skal være det.
Lawyer Hjetland was keen in his final presentation to emphasize that being in prison is a burden, and that it should be.
Correct, otherwise those sentenced to death could get a death execution immediately = less cost for the population, BUT THIS WOULD BE A VIP TICKET FOR SUICIDE! and let we remember that suicide / euthanasia is not a human right in most / all countries! which is a shame!

So 🙅♂️ to death execution immediately as vip ticket for suicide
🙅♂️ to suicide for fixing crimes
@LawsTelegram29
🙅♂️ immediate execution for prisoners with 100% proof too, because they need have time in case they are innocent!

✅ prisoners need to remain in prison for 10-30 years before getting death execution.
This is not the case for serious crimes like for example with Jeffrey Lionel Dahmer ... In this case execution could be done immediately to keep prisoners safe!
