The final vote is to authorize the outcome and proceed with these results. HPO holders will have two options:

1. Authorize: Confirm the results so we can proceed.

2. Veto: If your preferred option wasn’t included or you believe we shouldn’t proceed, you can vote to veto. To succeed, more than 50% of circulating HPO (~16,300,000 HPO) must confirm t

he veto.
